Caitlin + Sam 06.26.10 – Part 1

It was my first time photographing a wedding in the Allentown, PA area. Beautiful country charm in this area. Caitlin and Sam were married at St Joseph the Worker Church in Orefield, PA and we then drove up to Bear Creek Mountain Resort in Macungie, PA for their reception. It was great to be at a ski resort in June as the temperatures were about 10 degrees cooler than the 90+ degrees back in the Philadelphia/NJ area. Sometimes I get lucky! You may note in the family portrait a favorite former fashionista couple Amanda and Dan for several years back. Caitlin is Dan’s sister! Please note a new fashionista on the scene, Amanda and Dans daughter Charlie! Check back for an amazing gown change (seems to be a trend this year).

Carly + Dan Featured in Philadelphia Wedding

Who could forget Carly and Dan’s gorgeous wedding from last fall. Carly’s Monique Lhuillier gown captured the hearts of many of my followers as it did the editor of Philadelphia Wedding! The couple was so adorable as they strolled the grounds of Gibraltar Gardens in Wilmington, DE prior to their ceremony and reception the Hotel DuPont in Wilmington. Her flowers and decor was by Beautiful Blooms and making Carly “picture perfect” was hair and makeup artist, Claudia Seyler. Thanks Carly for the kind words in the article! Evening at Andalusia

It’s been awhile since I’ve had the time for an editorial shoot and goodness was I ready to have my creative energy sparked. What a great team we had assembled for this shoot at the beautiful Delaware riverfront estate Andalusia. The inspiration for this particular set of bridal fashion images came from Brian Toner of Eventions Productions. He had a vision of lighting the beautiful rustic wall at Andalusia at night. WOW! I think these images look like they could be from a W Magazine feature! Well, it does take a dream team to make a perfect shoot possible and to round out our team was Claudia Seyler who did the amazing hair and makeup and Beka Rendell and Kimberly Kink of StyledCreative who did the fashion styling. Tobie + Michael 06.24.10

I recently photographed Tobie and Michaels lovely wedding at Sayen Gardens, which is right around the corner from my home. Though small in size it was very big on love. The timing was so perfect as the rain held out until we were almost finished with portraits. In attendance was their most adorable son Charlie! A real charmer!
